Shiozaki-sensei is a mangaka best-known for the manga series Ikkitousen, his first best seller.

He's done short mangas for the Young Jump Magazine of Shueisha. After creating "Karen" (1997-1998), "Happy Man" (1999), and "Nikkan Tachibana" (2000), he changes of publishing house to dedicate to this last title.
In April 2000 the chapter "zero" of Ikkitousen was born of the pages of Wani Book "Comic GUM" as a monthly publication. After reaching fame thanks to it, Shiozaki-sensei got many proposals of different publishing houses, including "Comedy Stadium Seven" (2002), a version of ZOIDS called "ZOIDS ZI" (2002-2003), Battle Club (2004), and Frontier Roots (2004); however, Ikkitousen always mantains as his main title.

Nowadays he's publishing Battle Club in the Young King OURs Magazine of the Shonen Gahosha editorial, a story similar to Ikkitousen but with a higher level of violence and sex.

His hobbies includes Baseball, or travel to different places outside Japan to plant vegetables in the garden of the place he's staying.
