2 - Your real country, a valid e-mail adress and a decent nickname without STICKY CAPS are obligatory.
03 - If you've got a website, you're free to write its url down, but make sure it's not pornographic, racist or among othe things related. Otherwise I'll just list your e-mail adress.
04 - If you have a site, add the code on a visible part with a link back to this fanlisting before joining, not more than two clicks away. If you don't own a site, you're free to join just with your e-mail adress. Also, the site must be ruled by you. Sites like google.com or yahoo.com are not sites you should put in the apply form.
